Manti Desktop: the copilot lofts a 13-inch propeller with tool cards and timings, a live curvature check, and a todo list that separates claimed from verified, while the canvas shows the finished propeller turning in the MantiCAD part editor with its toolbar and feature tree. Backdrop: a painted Boston reflecting pool at sunset.

Plugins

Six disciplines in one app: CAD, PCB, CFD, FEA, robotics training and ROS 2, all working on the same project files.

Install each engine once for this machine, then enable it per project. No terminal, no manual downloads.

OPENFOAM® and OpenCFD® are trade marks of OpenCFD Limited; this offering is not approved or endorsed by OpenCFD Limited.

CAD · Included

Full CAD: parts and assemblies.

Parametric modeling in the native viewport: sketch, loft, assemble; interference and mass measured by the kernel, not eyeballed.

Sun–planet is essentially clean (check_gear_mesh PASS, Lewis 37 MPa vs operator 327 MPa, margin 5.89). Two more clashes: housing through-bore vs the Ø24 sun boss (3023 mm³), and pins still nick the pocket floor (151 mm³).

Acetal fails this load (Lewis FAIL at a 1/3-tensile derate). Theoretical backlash is zero — running clearance has to come from tooth thinning, not center distance.

Sizing receipts are in docs/planetary-6to1-sizing.md. Next fix is the ring profile; say if you want that first or the housing bore.

i. Think it is missing a lid and a bearing for the output but this looks good.

PCB · EDA

Full EDA: schematic to board.

Bundled KiCad and ngspice do the real work: capture, layout, DRC and SPICE, every rule check landing as a verdict card, not a log line.

Check 6 claims a 5.0 V ±2% fixed-accuracy rail while the schematic wires the part as adjustable. Check 9’s ILIM equation constant (6400) is 10× off the DRV8871 datasheet’s 64,000.

CFD · Analysis

Full CFD: solve and see the flow.

OpenFOAM® runs on your machine, and fields land on the canvas as layers (surface, streamlines, slices) with the evidence beside the picture; a solve that did not converge says so.

Re-exporting the t = 1 wake GLB with an |U| isosurface at 0.6 of the measured max, keeping the same streamlines and mid-plane slices.

✓ Viz export field glb colormap=viridis, data_file=sim/cube-flow/cube-flow.foam, field=U, iso_field=U, isosurfaces=[0.788], out_glb=sim/cube-flow/U-wake.field.glb (0.8s)
✓ Opened on the Canvas: t=1 wake · iso |U|=0.788 + slices (0.0s)
✓ Sim look layers_hide=['surface'], layers_show=['streamlines', 'slice_0', 'slice_1', 'iso_0'], path=sim/cube-flow/U-wake.field.glb, view=iso (1.1s)

Re-exported sim/cube-flow/U-wake.field.glb at t = 1. Same streamlines and two mid-plane slices; added iso_0 at |U| = 0.788 m/s (0.6 × 1.313). Surface is hidden so you see the envelope. Because the walls are no-slip, |U| = 0.788 is a core-flow tube; the wake is the indentation where speed drops below that value.

FEA · Analysis

Full FEA: mesh, solve, see the modes.

Bundled Gmsh and CalculiX: one snap per mode, deformation at true or exaggerated scale, legend and playback in the frame.

✓ Fea solve deck=sim/bracket/modal.inp, solver=ccx 2.23
✓ Opened on the Canvas: modes.field.glb (0.0s)
EVIDENCE ✓ pass
